You may have less audio latency if you use a proxy that is closer to you. See
this post earlier in this thread. I suggest you ping them all and use the one with the lowest ping time, provided that one doesn't cause you any FUP issue.

We are talking about one of a number of special optional lines that may appear in a SIP SDP packet. It is called the 'P-src-ip:' header, it's purpose is to give the caller's source IP address. When jozef cleverly inserted this line into his SIP packets he noticed that Betamax did not charge FUP for that call, whereas without the 'P-src-ip:' header the call had a FUP charge. Martin says that Voxalot is already using the 'P-src-ip:' header, however jozef's test suggests that 'P-src-ip:' header may be missing or incorrect with one or more of the Voxalot proxies. I guess Martin will tell us more about this later.
