Can't log in X-Lite...Time out-check with network administrator
I had configured the softphone X-Lite with VoXalot some 2 months back. I have been making voip calls on X-Lite dial pad registered with VoXalot dial plans.
Later I received emails informing me of several voice mails in Voxalot.which I had difficulty in accessing them.
Then , I cannot log in to X-Lite .After a long wait,the message says "Time out.Check with network administrator" I look up to X-Lite's forum suggesting network administrator refers to VoXalot. Can you please help and advise what should I do to log in X-Lite/Voxalot.
By the way, I just bought one PAP2-NA unlocked ATA today. Can you advise how do I go about configuring this PAP2-NA with VoXalot?Please help!
