Hmm,

I see your point, you need call pausing as with a cellphone for example...

Unfortunately, of the aggregagtor services (VoXalot, PBXes, MySipSwitch and LiberaIlVoip) I am not aware of any that support 'pause' in between numbers.

Even among the standalone providers with Speed Dial options like CallWithUs and Future-Nine, those too do no support 'pause' in between numbers...

Not sure that it is a technology limitation, or it simply has not been developed enough as a feature...
