Assuming all the info you gave us is correct (and also that your alias is properly setup and working correctly to forward the call to your VoIP account/adapter), than the proper SIP Broker dialing sequence to dial that alias is:
*01155311668@sipbroker.com
i.e.
*011 to reach the SIP Broker alias server,
55 for your country code, and then your actual alias
311668.
