You can use a Dial plan entry to handle this.
Example :
Dial [11234] or any number that you prefer and does not conflict with other entries in your dial plan.
Set up rule to match 11234 in Advanced mode [_11234]
Set up a Replacement [*1234]
Select the Provider
Set Active to Yes, and everything else to No
Test in the Dial plan, and make sure it is working correctly.
