Yes, if you have a device with more than one line (or an ATA with 2 phones attached, I suppose).
For example, the Grandstream GXP2000 that I have has 4 lines so you can set line 1 with Betamax and it will be the default for outgoing calls. Then line 2 would be Voxalot for incoming calls but they default to line 1 if no call is in progress.
The main advantage of Voxalot for me though is the least cost call routing so that's now out the window.
Also the dial plans since Grandstream haven't added those to the firmware yet.
