Having problems setting up provider/dialplan with Iconnect here and my ATA-186 (Cisco). I can receive calls using SIPBroker and have started the discussion on their homepage. I have inserted the thread text below and would really appreciate some help putting my head around this.

Situation: ATA-186 with a voxalot account. Iconnecthere registered as first provider in voxalot for numbers starting with '1'. Right now I cannot connect as I get a message from a lady saying 'cannot connect'.
I can provide ATA-186 dialplan and any information required. I'm stumped!
