It looks like there is the time synchronization problem again.
I am registered on the US server (I believe), and I set ‘Time Zone: GMT+3’ in my ‘Member Details’
Then I set a certain Time Rule in "Call Connection Rule". Then I tested Call Forwarding with my Time Rule and realized that it does not work most likely because of mistiming.
Then I looked at Call Records:
22-10 04:22:21 04:22:45 1519xxxxxxx 00:00:00
The time in the record above is wrong. The actual time in GMT+3 was
08:22:21 to 08:22:45 (instead of 04:22:21 to 04:22:45).

Time Rules are
extremely important for me. Is there any way to make sure the time is correct? Does it have anything to do this the choice of Time Zone? I mean is there any bug/issue with Time Zones?
