Voxalot support is and always has been on a best effort basis. The nominal fee that we charge our premium members enables us to sustain the cost of providing the infrastructure to our members and nothing more.
Unfortunately due to external work commitments the 2 technical resources (myself included) were unable to give Voxalot the attention it deserves.
Once again we apologise for the delay and the inconvenience caused.
