In addition to the other suggestions, don't forget about SIP Broker (*code) type dialing (especially for "open proxies"). In the case of "sip.studio.tellme.com", it looks like the SIP Code (listed here:
http://www.sipbroker.com/sipbroker/a...iderWhitePages ) is
*7442.
So it would be useful to try the following two dialing sequences (to see if either work):
*74428005558965
or *744218005558965
NOTE: When looking over the SIP Broker *code list (
http://www.sipbroker.com/sipbroker/a...iderWhitePages ), it is very handy to use the "search" function. For example, I was able to find the above code easily, simply by searching for the proxy "sip.studio.tellme.com".
