I know that this forum is about technical questions.... I also know that the support here is very good.... BUT, I have written an e-mail to
info@voxalot.com and I made a reply to the e-mail address were I got the invoice from. So far I got no replies. And yes, I have checked my spam filter.
Maybe Martin can contact the accounting department directly?
It's really very unprofessional how customer questions are handled from the non technical departments... Sorry to say that, but no reply from voxalot in 10 days is not what I expect.
