If you were to publish the menu of options which are offered in your 7404VGPM settings menu someone here may be able to recommend settings to make it work better.

Following your suggestions, I have found out that:-
1. The 7404VGPM does not support stun server
2. The 7404VGPM is already on public IP address
So I decided to test the connection again and much to my surprise I found that
it works!
