Hello Voxalot Support.
I have two registered providers and both cannot deliver incoming calls to my ATA via voxalot.
Setup is standard: ATA registered to my
xxxxxx@us.voxalot.com
Something that should help to fix the issue:
1. Having my providers to forward incoming calls to URI:
xxxxxx@voxalot.com versus have the provider registered on voxalot – OK
2. Originate calls from ATA via the provider – not much related but OK
3. Receive incoming calls from IP phone calling
xxxxx@voxalot.com – OK
4. Receive incoming calls calling PSTN sipbroker number and dialing *010xxxxxx – OK
I have a subscription allowing 5 registered providers.
