@441516 as I explained to you on the phone we are all busy with the new server upgrades. In 12 hours time we plan to cut over the first server (voxalot.com) to our new data center.

Once the upgrades are complete we plan to put a support ticket system in place allowing us to better track and resolve member issues.

We understand your frustrations and appreciate your patience.
