But why not? It would be the most reliable solution as ISPs never block port 80. This is exactly why VoIP provider Vbuzzer uses port 80.
There is a common misconception that using port 80 for SIP will interfere/conflict with HTTP (web) servers. It simply not true.

SIP uses UDP packets. HTTP (web) uses TCP packets. Therefore, you can have your Asterisk server using UDP port 80 and your web server using TCP port 80 without any problems.
