Default Can voxalot log In bound caller-id? (URGENT)

Hi,

I'm using mynetfone (in Australia).. and voxalot to forward calls to my mobile.

I have the following configured -

Call Forwarding (under Member Menu)
Priority: 1
Inbound CID Pattern (optional e.g. _04.): Empty
Day: Every
Start Time: Empty
End Time: Empty
Active: Yes
Forward inbound call to: Phone Number
Forwarding Number: 04XXXXXXXX
Provider: MyNetFone



Sometimes the forwarding fails... I don't know why..

I have no way of knowing you called me? Is there a way I can fix this?
