Have you checked that incoming SIP calls to your VoXaLot number work?

An easy way to check this, until VoXaLot basic takes effect in a few days, is to use Web Callback to generate an incoming call to your VoXaLot account.

Go to:

http://www.voxalot.com/action/webCall

Your Phone Number: *010xxxxxx via SIP Broker.

(xxxxxx is your six-digit VoXaLot number)

Enter number to call: *393613 via SIP Broker.

(that's the FWD echo test)

This will verify that you can receive incoming SIP calls to your VoXaLot SIP URI. If this works, you can then focus on codecs etc.

If this doesn't work, then you need to make sure your SIP device is correctly registering with VoXaLot, and then see if a NAT router, etc, is blocking the incoming call.
