Hi,

I try and call my friends VoXaLot number *061xxxxxx from my first line and I get,

" The number you have called is Call restricted "

From the 2nd line I get the engauged signal.

I know the person does not have their soft phone on, and I am expecting to get their voice mail, and then leave a message.

I know their voice mail is turned on.

What is going wrong?
