I'm new to this. I wanted to find some dirt on Startel.

Startel contacted me 6 months ago and said they had made a merger with M8, another provider. They asked me to sign under their 'new' name with a 24 month contract as my former contract was due for renewal. I said I was happy with what I was getting. They called me probably 6 times afterwards pushing the deal. I eventually gave in to some smooth talker.
M8 has informed me that no such merger had been made and these guys were dodgy. This was a long time after I continued to recieve bills from both companies. I am now trying to sever the contract.

Any comments?
