Default Limits for multi-identity business. Or not?

I subscribed a Premium account right now. It seems Voxalot lacks features for my multi-identity business.

1. When incoming call I can't see which inbound line I'm going to answer. Your competitors gives an option to have a custom caller ID (instead of real caller ID) for each single inbound VSP.

2. "Call Records" (I know, is beta) doesn't log incoming calls and doesn't show VSP.

Please confirm those lacks and/or provide suggestions/workarounds.

Apart from that, GUI rocks for usability and stability, but it's not enought for me.
