I just had a quick look, and everything looks OK in your Voxalot setup. Looking back over our logs for the past few days, I can see lots of entries that say:
No such host: sip.gotalk.com. My suspicion is that there is something wrong with either the gotalk DNS settings or my upstream DNS server.
However, let's double check some things... can I get you to try a test without gotalk in the picture? For example, dial
*010600 to hear the Echo Test.
