I installed X-Lite software to test if I could receive calls.. I was able to. I then found a BETA firmware for my Netcomm NB9W modem and applied it, this seems to have fixed the problem and I can now receive calls

I also added a rule under Call Connection to forward any inbound number / provider to my voxalot number.
