Do you mean to say that you are forwarding DIDWW to a Rogers Cell using VoipDiscount for the call....
If that is the case, one thing to try is set the codec string for VoipDiscount to ulaw;alaw;g729;g726;ilbc;gsm
Also ensure you have not set Optimize Audio to Yes without following
