Hello all, this is DonDino accessing the forum with our new company login. We are looking to become another Premium member (I am already a Premium member on my home/personal account) as a company, however this simple voicemail problem is putting us off.

digital5 did mention it doesn't work even though it's enabled on the web panel. We are having the same problem here. The voicemail is enabled on the website, but calls are not going to voicemail, instead the caller hears the busy tone after the voicemail timeout.

Also, the IVR does not let us record any greeting whatsoever, neither the unavailable one nor the busy or temporary ones.

This happens both with this new company account as well as with my personal account.

Any chance of getting some support on this issue?
