us.voxalot.com load balances between 2 proxies. It is possible that one of these proxies had an RTP proxy problem (which would explain your 50% success/failure rate). As mentioned in another thread I have restarted all RTP proxies.
As such, could you please set your ATA back to
us.voxalot.com and let me know if your problem still exists?
