You only need to register for incoming calls. Not sure if Voxalot works for incoming calls with Voipstunt, but outgoing should work like a charm.

Quick Note:
Since voipcheap.com works also for
incoming calls, I must assume that voipstunt (same company, same everything except name and rates) works as well.
