If your ATA is registered with Voxalot (rather than using it as a gateway) you should just need |x.) at the end of your ATA dialplan.

That basically means route anything else to the provider, aka Voxalot, at which point Voxalots dialplan takes over.

My UK ATA dialplan is

(0[1278]x.<:@gw0>|1[025][03]<:@gw0>|<#S0,><:@gw0>|999S0|x.)
That means anything start 01, 02, 07 or 08 (and any digits) goes over PSTN, 100, 123, 150 or 151 go via PSTN, # causes a PSTN dropout, and 999 goes straight out (emerg, and I need to add <:@gw0> to it). x. routes anything left to Voxalot....(where I use the dial string evaluator to check what will happen with my dialplans there)
