In pbxes.org the terminology for our desired functionality is "web call".
In voxalot.com terms "web call" == "virtual toll free".
That made me (unnecessary) buy the "lite" service, as today, within an hour I figured out that what I need is "virtual toll free".

Would you be so kind to downgrade account#312998 to Lite and optionally make a refund?
