Please be advised that as of today we have released a new feature on the web site aimed at improving the turn around time to resolve system outages.

A new menu item "Service Status" can be found on the Voxalot home page that takes members to the Service Status page. This page lists the current status of each of our proxies with logged on members also having access to the "BIG RED BUTTON".

Clicking this button will send a notification email to each and every Voxalot support staff member.

Please Note The BIG RED BUTTON is only to be used when a system outage has occurred and is not to be abused by members. Members abusing this feature will be banned from the service without notice.
