Who are calling VoIP to VoIP do you have certain numbers that you specifically call (or SIP URIs)...

If you have a set number of destinations that are VoIP to VoIP that you usually call, you can probably use the Speed Dials and select that these destinations are called with SipGate...

There is also the fact that VoXalot supports direct SipBroker dialing by using *SipCode-Number where *SipCode indicates the network used by the person you are calling....

You could even go as far as enable ENum in your Dial Plans....remember VoXalot can by default also handle VoIP to VoIP calls...

If you can be a bit more specific where/what numbers you are calling VoIP to VoIP I am sure we can give a few pointers....
