Temporarily unavailable
I use SPA3102 and I cannot get Voxalot incoming calls to work.
My phone rings, but when I answer it, I get silence and then 'Temporarily Unavailable' message. This happens even when I put the ATA before the router straight on the cable modem.
In other configurations, the calling party will receive a busy/congestion signal, while my phone continues to ring until I answer it.
This even happens if I dial my Voxalot ID from a softphone (so, it is softphone -> Gizmo -> Voxalot -> ATA).
Is there any way for Voxalot team to look at the logs associated with a particular number and see what problem is triggered?
