lots of people are facing problems with DIDWW.Try using sipbroker access number to your Voxalot as incoming and then forward your call normally as you formally did and report back...:)

You need to register to NEUFTALK and they will send you a password.
This neufTalk will be linked to your DSL...

If you two are Voxalot users, just dial his or her number from your softphone or ATA and that's it.
You can also dial via PSTN by using SipBroker...
