I restricted the codecs with no luck, actually the call is not hang up .. the sound is lost but it reamins connected. I dont know if allo requires the re-invites. Any suggestion?

This problem sounds very much like a re-invite issue. Is it possible that allo require re-invites?

Another thing I would try is to restrict the codecs within the provider...

Im using three different providers but when I use Allo it disconnects the calls before 30 seconds, most of them exactly at 30 seconds. Any clue what can be happening??
