Could any body pls tell me how to configure Dail Plans i don't understand it well could u give the Example?, Does Dail Plans used ATA only or i need to configure for X-Lite too?

I setup X-Lite 3.0, and read the VoXaLot but i don't see how to confirgure with thes Version, anypeople can tell me how to configure and make call for free?:( :( :( :(
