They only support their own softphone and are not fully SIP compliant.

Further, they're discontinuing that service (it was a trial service) from 20th May 2008.

In a similar way to NGN lookups for +6113xxxx numbers to their PSTN number equivalents, e164.org could map Japanese PSTN numbers...
