I also had this problem.
Changing domain/proxy-server/registrar-server from us.voxalot.com into proxy01.us1.voxalot.com in my VOIP-phone solved the problem for me.

I have tried my inum numbers of voxeo and voxalot.
Also the inum echo test (00883510000000091) works fine.

I don't think that dialplan entries as pseudo speed-dials will work.
Apart from that, I prefer a straightforward solution, Speed Dials to whatever sip-address...
