You would need to deal with the other directories (e164.arpa, e164.info, etc. SipBroker doesn't handle ENUM registrations, it just provides a convenient way to do ENUM lookups and route SIP calls...

e164.arpa.(13ms) ---Not Found---
e164.org.(91ms) sip:mynumber@voxalot.com
e164.info.(18ms) ---Not Found---
e164.televolution.net.(88ms)...
