Nope...the call is still terminating on my voxalot line (actually, terminating on a VSP that is SIP registered on Vox, and Vox is registered on my ATA).

Yes, my understanding of Registered and SIP Registered is the same as what you stated.
All 4 providers listed above are SIP Registered! I need all of them mainly for receiving calls.
