I'm using voxalot.com and it doesn't work....

I'm using voxalot.com and it doesn't work. Neither does Broadvoice. Is there something that can be done about this?

Am I the only one having trouble with voicemail? I can't call 500 (only works now and then) and when I do get through I'm prompted to provide my number and pin - which it doesn't accept.
