Question Premium account works - basic accounts can't register.

They were working before - all of a sudden they can not register to the server for incoming calls to the numbers - but outgoing calls work fine. Any ideas?

The problem is that Broadvoice are not sending the inbound call to the "Contact URI" that was used during SIP registration.

Broadvoice are sending a SIP invite to I presume the broadvoice username...
