You are correct. When I had no dialtone the ATA was not registered. Problem is that I don't know why. The only change I made was the MWI parameter. I've had problems before when I use the browser...

Wait a minute! The stutter tone just went away. Maybe setting SUBSCRIBE for MWI to 'Yes' did solve the problem.... but, there must be a delay, like 10 or 15 minutes between refreshes for this...

It was months ago that I installed the Grandstream ATA (and read the manual) and I had forgotten about the Grandstream * feature codes. Thanks for reminding me.

The only Dial Plan that I have that begins with an asterisk is _*18. (including the period). I don't think this...

When I dial *500 from my ATA I get a recording "We're sorry. The number you have dialed cannot be connected." If I dial a SIPBROKER access number and then dial *010 500, I get into voicemail.

Unhappy Voxalot 800 calls audio distorted

Tonight all outgoing tollfree calls (877, 800, etc) routed through Voxalot have distorted incoming audio. Since the incoming audio is distorted I have not completed any of the calls; so I can't say...
