Most enum trees are "private" meaning you need to be a telco to submit numbers.
do you mean we have to be a tel. co. to be added to their directories?
a normal end user can not add their pstn...

Well, VoXalot needs to be registered in your x-lite software (the same VoXalot account that has active voicemail, and you forwarding to).
It sounds like VoXalot is not registering in X-Lite....

what should be set up?
Which Voice mail does it go into DID's Voicemail or Voxalot?
As a quick suggestion, try turning off your Voxalot Voice mail, and see the call still goes to voicemail.
Maybe there is a DID problem...

if you set to NO you will have YOUR "freedigit" voicemail as the voxalot voicemail will not be activated :)
I set up voice in active as per your suggestion and yes it goes free digits voice mail...

Hi,
Voicemail pickup on VoXaLot is set to just under 30 secs. I suspect that sipphone and sipgate are routing to their VM before this time.
Does it mean duration of rings on x-lite software...
