Red face voxalot down?

Starting this morning 3/10/11. can not make outbound calls using "Voice Service Providers".

Is this service down now?

Teliax, Axvoice and vonage

2) Do you happen to be using the same VSP on more than one acct.?

Registered Voice Service Providers can not receive incoming calls.


I am paid customer and the problem has been weeks!!!

Reg.Status in "Voice Service Provider ListAdd" is not correct, none-reg provider shows "Registered" while requested provider is ignored.

Please check.

Unhappy inbound provider is not working for my account

I can not recieve calls on registered inbound provider, and it will not allow me to set call forwarding rules on it either, always says "invalid pattern".

This only happens to one of my account,...

Call forwarding has not been working for 3 days. It was fine before.
