Is 'abusing the service' another way of saying...

Is 'abusing the service' another way of saying that customers are not making any toll fee [as in cost to customer] calls? Perhaps their answer is a monthly minimum call spend fee if that is the case...

How about the users putting in an IP address...

How about the users putting in an IP address instead of the FQDN ? Would that work here?

I wonder how complicated it would be for Voxalot...

I wonder how complicated it would be for Voxalot to provide static IPs on their own network blocks (or new specific blocks) so that premium clients can have 'their own' IP address for their VSP...
