well, I send them a message that I have a connection error and this FUP-charges. So we (Voxalot and we all) can 'attac' this from both sides!

I do have as well this FUP-Problem at VoipDiscount:
Even yesterday Oct 21st - please try to settle this.
And as well for VoipCheap my other Betamax provider
