add all incoming calls to sip:ata_username@ata_ip_or_dynDNS:5060

btw Using betamax through voxalot now works for me.

May not be a solution for everyone, but I have just forwarded all incoming calls through voxalot to my ATA.

And registered my ATA with betamax for outgoing calls.

I register to eu.voxalot.com server.
