A little confused what you mean here. Inbound calls should go to whatever port setting you have in your ATA.
Are you saying that inbound calls don't work at all when the ATA is registered using...

We've seen this kind of blocking before....
We've seen this kind of blocking before. Essentially they block both inbound and outbound on 5060.
Changing the port settings within the ATA will help the inbound side of things, however VoXaLot...
