Hi Guys,
We have had 2 more clients have return their ATAs as they both being charged for exceeding voipbuster's FUP. Unfortunately we have no option but to reconfigure to reg through VB direct.

VM / DID Problem
Hi Martin
I did some work on rectifying the problem. It appears that when one configures a DID from DIDWW.COM to point to voxalot, if one chooses their "US" based server then the VM problem...

Hi Martin - thank you - I have managed to change to AU cluster.
However, VM still not working. Calling device still rings out while receiver cuts to VM.

Disabled VM with same results!

I have disabled VM in my SPA941 & in my voxalot account. The 941 behaves exaclty the same way - it stops ringing but caller's phone continues to ring out. Is that possible?

Thank you for your efforts. I have removed all parameters for CFD from SPA941. VM still not picking up even though receiver stops ringing. Callers do not go to VM - phone just rings out....

More info regarding the VM problem.
1. The calls are incoming on a DID.
2. SPA941 rings for the allocated delay
3. SPA stops ringing as it would when transferring the call to VM...

VM not working
Hi Martin
Problem persists. Call diverts to VM but incoming caller phone still rings without acknowledging activation of VM. My number is 786904.
Please advise.
