Betamax problem requires voxalot to update to more recent asterisk versions ?

I encounter the same problem with betamax but have been suffering with call ending problems. My voip provider said that voxalot uses an old version of asterisk that causes authentification problems...

Incoming calls barred : Control on "contact ID"

In regard to a "registered" sip account,
our voip provider (www.phonesystems.net) checks the "SIP contact ID" on incoming calls and compare it against their "sip account UserID".

My Voxalot registration ID is 200664.
My Voxalot account is set to Register to recieve incoming calls from one VSP.
Every time I rebuild my Voxalot account from scratch, every thing works Ok...
