Is the Sipura 941 phone compatible with Voxalot's voice mail system?

I have mine setup so that Line 1 (the only line that supports vm, ugh!!) registered with Voxalot and the VM warning is always...

I would suggest that your caller has not setup their Caller ID properly.

If they put a DID number in their Caller ID (on a Sipura device this goes in Display Name of the Subscriber Information...
